Today was picture day!

Subjects taught today:
Language Arts: We finished reading the novel, Frindle and continued in our Writer’s Note books focusing on descriptive writing.
Math: (3rd) We completed H Link 1.1 and review H.L 1.3 in class (4th) Journal work
Science: Please collect and bring in 2 ltr clear soda bottles for the Land and Water science unit. Wash out the bottle. Remove the label. Keep the cap on. Mark the bottle at a litre and half liter
Social Studies: None
Technology: Wiki portfolio pages
Co-curricular class: Engage and Spanish

Students should have quick mental recall of the following number of facts by the end of the year: 30 addition/30 subtraction facts in 2 mins and 50 division/50 multiplication facts in 3 mins

4th Grade End of Year fact expectations:
Students should have quick mental recall of the following number of facts by the end of the year: 50 addition/50 subtraction facts in 2 mins and 100 division/ multiplication facts in 5 mins

4th Math: S.L. 1.4 and 1.5 J.page 12 and 13 (if they are not complete)

Science: Collect and bring in 2 ltr soda bottles (Clean, label removed, cap on, ltr and ½ ltr marked)
