TO MY FANTASTIC PARENTS AND STUDENTS,
I need your help again! If you have any time over the holiday break would you be willing to level some of our classroom library books?

IT IS VERY EASY… IT JUST TAKES TIME.

I have the books ready to go in bags with a copy of the following directions printed in each bage of books.

•Use the Scholastic Book Wizard Link that is on the right side of Mrs. Parkin’s blog. Or go to: http://www.scholastic.com/bookwizard
•Select Guided Reading Leveling System from the dropdown box. Type in the Title and click Search.
•You may need to scroll down to find the book.
•Write the Guided Reading level letter on the cover of the book (top right corner, if possible) with a sharpie marker.
•If no reading level is available just write NR on the corner of the book and I will research an alternative site to use to get those books leveled later on.
