Happy Thursday!
We had a great day today! The students continued to present their decorated notebook covers and generate titles for their stories. We read our first Scholastic News magazine and answered comprehension questions about two of the articles. Engage and Spanish were today's co-curricular classes.
Today we launched our Schoolwide Community Read book called, The Boy at the Back of the Class. The youngest member of the family attending BCS is getting a copy of the book. It is also available on Hoopla (through your local library) and I will also post a link to a digital copy on my blog. We are excited to begin reading this book next week!
The following assignments should be written in your child's planner. Parents, please use this blog as a 'cross-check' to make sure your child is completing this very important task.
