Parent/teacher conferences continue today!
I am looking forward to meeting with parents in person or on Zoom to discuss your child's progress. If your child is in Mr. Wallington's homeroom but is in my class for 3rd grade math I have written math progress reports for Mr. Wallington to review with you at your conference with him. He will do the same for my 4th graders.

The following assignments should be written in your child's planner, which is inside their zipper binder. Parents, please use this blog to 'cross-check' with your child's planner. They should be completing their planner every day in class.

3rd graders - Read 20 mins (minimum) each night
4th graders - Read 30 mins (minimum) each night
(Bring in a chapter book to read in class. You will keep your book inside your binder)
Word Study - Please Show your weekly spelling test scores to your parent by clicking on the results button on (click this link) Powerspelling.com List 7 is now in your spelling account. Complete all word study games by Sunday 11/11 The test is on Monday 11/12 (see link under Language Arts)

Talk About - Explain how to punctuate dialogue in a story

(you may split this into shorter 10 mins sessions 3 times per week if you prefer)
