Parkin's Class Co-Curricular Schedule:

Today was a great day! First thing this morning we switched to math. The third- graders' represented themselves by solving number problems. In homeroom, we finished our All About Me posters for display and read a story about the importance of Kindness (Each Kindness by Jacqueline Woodson) We finished the day with a scavenger hunt around our classroom! After a busy week, we have gotten to know each other, our classroom, and many other rooms and teachers at BCS. Looking forward to a great weekend! 

Homework
3rd graders - Read 20 mins (minimum) each night

4th graders - Read 30 mins (minimum) each night

(Bring in a chapter book to read in class.)

Language Arts 

Decorate your writer's Notebook - due Friday, Sept. 13th. Directions for decoration and the notebook are inside your student's Take Home folder.
