Another great day at BCS! We continued with some more procedural tasks today, as well as some fun get to know you activities. Inside your child's binder they have a blue folder to keep all mail and paper homework. There are 2 Scholastic book order flyers inside the folder today. Please follow the directions for book ordering (below) if you see something you would like to buy.

Well done to those who remembered to bring in their chapter book today. If you found a good book to read from our classroom library, feel free to continue to read that tomorrow!

Reminders:
After the 8:10 am bell First bell to go to your locker and unpack your things. If you arrive at school before 8:10 am, please go to the cafeteria and wait for the bell.
• School starts at 8:18am Students should be in their homeroom seat by this time.
• Have 3 sharp pencils every day.
• Bring a water bottle and two healthy snacks every day.
• Bring a chapter book every day.

Language Arts:
Reading 3rd: Read 20 mins daily
Reading 4th: Read 30 mins daily
